nova-b ships to US destinations served by the options shown at checkout. Prices, shipping charges, applicable sales tax, and the estimated delivery range are presented before payment.

Orders normally leave our processing workflow within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Standard carrier transit is generally 5–12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate; weekends, holidays, weather, carrier disruption, peak seasons, and address problems may extend delivery.

Tracking is sent when the selected carrier supports it. Enter the recipient’s full name, street address, apartment or suite, city, state, and ZIP code. Contact raycleo8251@outlook.com immediately if an address needs correction. A change may not be possible after dispatch and carrier re-delivery charges may apply.

Inspect a package containing a supplement or drink before opening. Do not consume an item that is leaking, unsealed, swollen, damaged, or past its expiry. Keep all packaging and contact us with photographs. If a parcel is delayed, missing, or marked delivered incorrectly, check the carrier notice and safe locations, then email us so we can open an enquiry.
