Payment Policy

nova-b displays product prices, discounts, shipping, applicable sales tax, and final totals in USD before payment. A comparison or sale price is shown only when it is genuine and currently available.

Checkout accepts the payment methods actively enabled for the transaction, which may include major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets. Availability can vary by device, issuer, risk review, or order. Payment logos outside checkout are informational only and should match live methods.

Payment credentials are encrypted and processed by Shopify and the selected provider. nova-b does not retain complete card numbers or security codes. The provider may request address verification, fraud screening, or 3-D Secure authentication.

We fulfil an order after successful authorisation, inventory checks, and confirmation. We may hold or cancel a declined, reversed, duplicated, or suspicious transaction. Captured funds for an order cancelled by nova-b are returned to the original payment source. Approved refunds follow the Refund and Return Policy and may take additional bank-processing time.

Never send payment credentials, passwords, or one-time codes to nova-b by email, text, or phone.
